Excel Baseball Academy is proud to announce the signing of Huntsville High School senior, A.J. Cole, with the University of Alabama.  A.J. was an early commit to ‘Bama last fall and is looking forward to playing under head coach, Mitch Gaspard.   A.J. has played for the Excel Blue Wave for the past two summers.

 
“A.J. is a very talented player with tremendous upside. “  Says Blue Wave coach Josh Beshears, “ He has a chance to be a very good college baseball player.”

 A.J. works tirelessly to improve his game both in the gym, and in the cage.  His older brother, Steve Cole, also played for the Excel Blue Wave and is now currently a freshman at Pensacola Junior college.  Excel would like to congratulate A.J. and his family and wish him future success both on and off the field.
